createHR offers a bespoke and personal approach to implementing and developing your human resources strategy. We are specifically focused on helping small businesses within the creative sector, to fulfil their legal commitments in a positive and practical manner.

We don't believe in a "one-size fits-all" approach, hence any advice and support will be driven by the priorities of your business. For those employers with little or no HR function in place, we can devise a handbook of essential policies, create template letters, review contracts of employment and implement key health and safety safeguards. We appreciate that many small businesses just need a "light HR touch" so we aim to keep things simple.

Sarah Cape, Managing Partner of createHR, has many years' experience as an HR professional. Sarah started her career in 1999 and has worked across a variety of sectors, including content, digital marketing, corporate and retail. She also has international experience, having helped set up a global HR function for a UK-based firm with an NYC office.

She continues to enjoy supporting SME's as they face the challenges of growing their business, and she understands the need for a sense of humour and a flexible approach.
